Chanthaburi Thailand 70%

This bar is 100% cacao. The bean used will vary but will always be indicated on the packaging. At the moment we have Chanthaburi, Criollo and O'Tuma at 100%. The bar is made from single origin beans sourced through MABCO, Toronto. At ChocChique the beans are sorted and cleaned, roasted, cracked, winnowed, ground for as many as 3 days, conched and tempered, to bring you the smoothest most delicious chocolate possible.

O'Payo Nicaragua 70%

Flavour profile: delicate chocolate, nutty, sweet wood, slight cinnamon, strawberry.
This bar is made from organic O'Tuma beans from Nicaragua sourced through MABCO, Toronto. At ChocChique, the beans are sorted and cleaned, roasted, cracked, winnowed, ground for as many as 33 hours, conched and tempered, to bring you the smoothest most delicious chocolate possible.
Ingredients: 70% organic O'Tuma cacao beans and Mexican cacao butter, and 30% organic cane sugar.

O'Tuma Nicaragua 70%

Flavour profile: Creamy with slight lactic acidity, dried fruit, spices, and sweet with dominant notes of cacao and walnuts.
This bar is made from beans from Colombia sourced through MABCO, Toronto. At ChocChique the beans are sorted and cleaned, roasted, cracked, winnowed, ground for as many as 3 days, conched and tempered, to bring you the smoothest most delicious chocolate possible.
Ingredients: 70% organic Colombian cacao beans and Mexican cacao butter, 30% organic cane sugar.

Flavour profile: deep strong olive, nuts, earthy undertones, green fruits - citrus very nice complex flavor and excellent finish.

This bar is made from organic direct trade cacao beans, organic Mexican cacao butter, Canadian whole milk powder, and organic cane sugar. An unusually dark milk bar, the nibs give it crunch and contrast with the sweet and creamy milk bar.

Dark Milk 55% Cacao with nibs

This creamy bar is made from a blend of organic direct trade cacao beans and organic Mexican cacao butter, organic cane sugar, Canadian whole milk powder, clarified butter and sunflower lecithin. At ChocChique, the beans are sorted and cleaned, roasted, cracked, winnowed, ground for 2 days, and tempered, to bring you the smoothest most delicious chocolate possible.

Milk Chocolate 40% Cacao

This bar is made from organic Mexican cacao butter, Canadian whole milk powder, and organic cane sugar. It is ground for 20 hours to bring you a rich white chocolate with subtle flavours.
Ingredients: 34% organic cacao butter; 30% organic whole milk; 30% organic cane sugar; 5.8% clarified butter; 0.2% sunflower lecithin.

White

This bar is made from organic direct trade cacao beans, organic Mexican cacao butter, Canadian organic oat milk powder, and organic cane sugar. On ChocChique's premises the beans are sorted and cleaned, roasted, cracked, winnowed, ground for as many as 33 hours, conched and tempered, to bring you the smoothest most delicious chocolate possible.

Dark Oat Milk

This bar is made from organic Mexican cacao butter, Canadian whole milk powder, and organic cane sugar. It is ground for 20 hours to bring you a rich white chocolate with subtle flavours. Then we add a healthy amount of finely ground green tea (Matcha).

This bar is made from O'Payo beans from Nicaragua sourced through MABCO, Toronto for people who like it HOT! It is spicy but not ridiculously so. We use Scotch Bonnet, or Red Thai Chili peppers, or Ghost peppers, or sometimes a tiny bit of Trinidad Scorpion, or the Carolina Reaper. We are looking for hot and fruity.
Ingredients: 70% organic O'Payo cacao beans and Mexican cacao butter, 30% organic cane sugar and some of our hot chili peppers.

Ingredients: 70% organic O'Tuma cacao beans and Mexican cacao butter, and 30% organic cane sugar with highest quality candied ginger.

Chocolate flavour profile: Creamy with slight lactic acidity, dried fruit, spices, and sweet with dominant notes of cacao and walnuts.
The natural creaminess of this chocolate combines beautifully with the rich, aromatic, and earthy Sumatran coffee beans. The beans are embedded on the back of the bar rather than ground into it. That way it is possible to taste the coffee and chocolate simultaneously or separately.
Ingredients: 70% organic Colombian cacao beans and Mexican or Honduran cacao butter, 30% organic cane sugar and cracked Sumatran coffee beans.
